Terms & Conditions

RESERVATIONS
You must complete our booking process in full and provide payment details before the booking is confirmed. Payment is due 14 days prior to arrival, 30 days during peak holiday times.

The person making the booking must be a minimum of 18 years of age and at least one adult of 18 years or older must be staying in each room.

You may not exceed the number of people in the room that have been paid for.

No guests are allowed in the room during your stay

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Guests can check-in from 3pm and should check-out by 10am.

MEALS
No meals are included in the room rate.

DAMAGE & LIABILITY
Guests' liability for their account is not waived and guests agree to be held personally liable in the event any indicated person, group, company or association fails to pay all or part of any charges incurred.

We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, whether caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the Guest House's property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make the charge on the guest's credit/debit card.

Management & staff of Jack’s will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury or illness incurred or suffered by any Guest or any other person whilst on the premises or property. A member of staff must be alerted to any electrical, plumbing or maintenance faults immediately.

SMOKING.
We are a completely smoke free establishment. If a guest has been smoking and caused damage or rendered the room unusable due to smoke smell then we reserve the right to charge the guest on his debit/credit card to make good the room and for any loss of revenue.

ROOM SERVICING
Rooms will be serviced daily. To minimize the impact on the environment we will only change towels if they are left on the floor or in the bath, please hang towels on the rails provided if you do not wish them to be changed.

ROOM ACCESS
We reserve the right to enter your room during your stay for the purposes of maintenance, repairs, security, housekeeping and inspection.

GENERAL
Jack’s Seaview reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove sections of these terms and conditions at any time without notice or liability. It is not the responsibility of Jack’s Seaview to inform you of any changes and any future reservations you make will be made subject to the terms and conditions which apply at the time a booking is made.
